“As a new arrival to Vero Beach, I didn’t know anyone. Every time I attended a Chamber event, I meet many other local business owners. I can’t tell you how many valuable relationships I have developed through these events. I have also walked out of many of these events with new business!”

"It is a relief to know while I am busy with the day to day operations of a business the chamber staff and volunteers are protecting my interests and working hard on our behalf for local economic development, tourism, and legislative issues. Our membership investment is an insignificant amount compared to the direct benefit our business and county receives in return."

Jeff Schlitt
Vice President

As a recent graduate of Leadership Indian River County, I was better prepared for my leadership role in the county.”

Deryll Loar,
Indian River County Sheriff

Several years ago, my wife and I moved ourselves and our website design business to Vero Beach. We didn't know anyone and we didn't have any local clients. Upon arrival, I joined the Indian River County Chamber and faithfully attended the networking breakfasts and after hours mixers. Since then, our business has grown dramatically from new clients that I met through Chamber functions and from people referred to us by my Chamber colleagues.  For our business, membership in the Chamber has been invaluable and I highly recommend it for other businesses who wish to grow.”
