Location:Vero Beach Community Center Description:Tai Chi
The City of Vero Beach Recreation Department offers Tai Chi on Wednesdays from 5:30pm to 6:30pm at the Vero Beach Community Center 2266 14th Avenue in downtown Vero Beach. The cost is $5.00 per person. Steve Hanson will be instructing the class. Tai Chi is a therapeutic exercise and form of self-defense that can be practiced by anyone regardless of age or condition of health.
